FUTURE LIFE INC'S FACE2FACE TECHNOLOGY IS HIPAA COMPLIANT
Future Life’s Face2Face (F2F) Technology is designed to only retain “blind data.” Face2Face does not retain the audio – visual recorded interview with the subject. The audio – visual record of the subject’s interview is retained as a personnel record by the agency or company in the subjects appropriate medical, personnel, and security background file in the secure files management system of that agency or company. The data that Face2Face does retain is for the purpose of advancing study by demographic. For example: male / 25 / infantry / combat deployments – 2 / injured etc. Future Life retains no identifiers that would connect the data back to any individual.

Future Life’s cyber security needs are overseen and guided by Lunarline, Inc.
Lunarline, Inc., is one of the original FedRAMP accredited Third-Party Assessment Organizations (3PAOs) by the Federal Government. Lunarline is authorized to conduct assessments and report results to the FedRAMP Program Management Office (PMO). FedRAMP (The Federal Risk and Authorization Program) is a United States government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. Lunarline is also authorized to review security protocols for on-premise closed systems.
Only Future Life personnel with a need to know are allowed to view an actual interview while it is taking place. Accessed would be limited to licensed psychologists, and subject matter experts with advanced degrees in human resources and security. The Future Life operational model: Future Life trains personnel designated by an agency or company to use its technology. Refresher training is provided annually or bi-annually in accordance with the agency or company agreement with Future Life. The Federal, State, County or City Agency or Corporate entity would control confidentiality of personnel data in accordance with Federal and State Regulations and company policies and procedures
International Cyber Security is provided by Information Systems Security Partners, ISSP, a firm recognized by NATO with operations in Europe, Canada and South America.
